Originally in 2018 postcards were distributed for free from The Royal Victoria Hotel, Source Park, Hasting Library Brassey institute and On the rocks bar. The app is currently being updated to with the new Pioneer train experience and will be free to download for Android and iOS devices in early November 2021.

If you can come to the artist’s talks you will be given the postcards and have a demonstration of how to use the very accessible app, its free to download ! The first talk for the new experience happens as part of Brighton Digital Festival on 6th November with a guided walk along Kemptown seafront and artist’s demonstration. No need to sign up, meeting outside Volks Electric Rail museum next to the Aquarium on Madeira drive sea front at 5pm.

This map is from 1899 shows and what is unusual is that it shows both piers. The chosen locations will be triggered by the postcards and to enable the audience to travel back time to the original space and trigger the model.
